UK jobless recovery?

Just reading the press these days and the economic outlook is rather grim. Businesses panic about Spending Review's cuts which will have an effect on sub-contractors' jobs. Education and health are trying to hold on to what they have and the rest of us? Well, large businesses will have to safety net, but small businesses like mine have to embrace the fact that things will get worse before they get better. Better they will, but when? Latest press cuttings suggest 14 years. I hope this is an exageration. Personally, I was already planning to move to Brazil to move my business forward. I guess now this plan has to be brought forward, fast!
